You know those mornings when you wake up and before you’ve even had a sip of coffee, your mind’s already racing? Comparing yourself to everyone else, wondering why you’re not further along, and feeling like you’re barely holding it all together? I used to wake up like that every single day.
Even when things looked great on the outside (I was the number one salesperson for Porsche UK) inside, I still didn’t believe I was good enough. Later, when I started my cake business, I undercharged, overworked, and eventually burned out. It wasn’t until after having my second daughter that I realised something had to change. I didn’t want my girls growing up with the same beliefs I carried. So I started tracing those old stories back to where they began, and little by little, I rewrote them.
