You're not inconsistent... But I understand why if feels that way.
There are weeks when you feel like the business owner you know you can be. You have ideas. You make decisions. You show up. You sell. You can see exactly where you want to go.
And then something changes.
Suddenly the plan you were excited about doesn’t feel right anymore.
The content feels harder to write. Selling feels uncomfortable. You start comparing yourself to everyone else. Your confidence disappears. You question your prices. Your clients feel more demanding. Everything feels louder.
So you pull back.
And when you start feeling better again? You’re not simply picking up where you left off. You’re trying to rebuild your momentum. Catch up. Repair the things you changed. Work twice as hard. And convince yourself that next month will be different.
Until it happens again...

What if you’ve been trying to run your business using a model that assumes you’ll have roughly the same capacity every week?
Because you probably won’t. And that’s okay.
The answer isn’t forcing yourself to become more consistent.
It isn’t squeezing more productivity out of your difficult days.
And it certainly isn’t shrinking your ambition to fit your PMDD.
The answer is building your business differently.
One that expects your capacity to change.
One that has a plan for the difficult days.
One that doesn’t require you to make important decisions when you don’t trust your own judgement.
One that allows you to step back without everything stopping.
And one that still gives you room to grow.
You don’t need 30 good days to build a successful business.
This is one of the biggest beliefs I want to challenge. When you’re self employed it’s easy to look at people who appear to be consistently posting, launching, networking, selling and serving, and think...
How am I supposed to compete with that?
But we’re not trying to turn you into them, we’re building something around you.
Your strengths.
Your goals.
Your clients.
Your capacity.
Your cycle.
Your life.
So instead of asking:
“How do I make myself perform the same way every week?”
we start asking:
“How can my business work brilliantly without requiring me to show up consistently?”
That’s where everything changes.

An anchor holds steady, regardless of the weather. And that's everything... we don't need calmer seas, we need a steadier you.
The Anchor Method is a six stage approach to helping you understand your patterns, rebuild trust in yourself and create a business that can hold steady throughout your whole cycle.
A - Assess the pattern
N - Name the lie
C - Create the Lutel Plan
H - Hold your boundaries
O - Organise the full-cycle business
R - Run the full cycle

By the end of our work together…
I don’t want you simply knowing more about PMDD.
I want you running your business differently because of what you know about yourself.
You’ll understand the patterns that have been affecting your business.
You’ll know which thoughts need attention, and which need time.
You’ll have a plan for the days when your capacity drops.
You’ll have clearer boundaries with clients, work and yourself.
You’ll understand where different parts of your business fit best for you.
You’ll know how to step back without disappearing.
And most importantly…
you’ll have evidence that you can trust yourself through the whole month.
Not because every day feels the same.
Because you’ve stopped expecting it to.

Imagine what that could change...
Imagine reaching your difficult days and not immediately questioning your entire business.
Imagine looking at a quiet sales week without deciding you’ve failed.
Imagine needing a day off without spending that day feeling guilty about everything you’re not doing.
Imagine not rewriting your prices when your confidence dips.
Imagine knowing exactly what still needs doing, and giving yourself permission to leave the rest.
Imagine planning your business around your actual capacity instead of constantly trying to live up to someone else’s.
Imagine coming out of your difficult days…
and having nothing to repair.
No offers you panic-discounted.
No clients you over-apologised to.
No plans you abandoned.
No week of frantic catching up.
You simply…
carry on.
That’s the shift we’re creating.

Ongoing access to The PMDD Business Community, you're doing this alongside other women who get it.
This is for the woman who is still ambitious.
I want to be really clear about this.
This programme isn’t about teaching you to do less with your life because you have PMDD.
It’s not about telling you to accept that you’ll never earn what you want.
It’s not about building the smallest possible business so nothing ever feels difficult.
You are allowed to want more.
More income.
More clients.
More impact.
More freedom.
More success.
We’re simply going to stop building that success on the assumption that you have to feel brilliant every day to achieve it.
Because you don’t.

If there’s one thing I know, it’s that capability doesn’t protect you from self-doubt.
I’ve sold more than 35 million pounds worth of sports cars during my sales career.
I became the UK’s number one Porsche salesperson.
I’ve run my own businesses.
I’ve achieved things I once couldn’t imagine achieving.
And none of that stopped me having days when my own brain made me question what I knew about myself.
Understanding PMDD gave me context.
But context alone didn’t change everything.
I also had to look at the beliefs underneath it.
The expectations I’d placed on myself.
The way I worked.
What success was supposed to look like.
And the way I responded when I didn’t feel like the capable version of me.
That’s why my work isn’t simply about cycle syncing.
I combine business strategy, belief work and cycle awareness.
Knowing when your difficult days are coming is useful, but knowing how to build a business that can handle them?
That’s powerful.
“But what if my cycle isn’t predictable?”
It doesn’t need to be.
This isn’t about predicting exactly how you’ll feel on day 23.
We’re looking for patterns while also building enough flexibility that your business doesn’t collapse when the pattern changes.
“What if I haven’t been officially diagnosed with PMDD?”
You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me.
If you recognise a significant cyclical shift in the way you feel and the way you experience your business, we can work with what’s happening for you.
My coaching doesn’t replace medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
“What if I need to cancel a session because of my symptoms?”
Then we’ll work with that.
It would be pretty ridiculous for me to build a PMDD coaching programme that punished you for experiencing PMDD.
We’ll agree clear, supportive boundaries around sessions when we begin so you know exactly what happens if you need to move one.
“What if I don’t have loads of clients yet?”
You don’t need a huge business.
But this programme works best when you have a real business to apply the work to, whether you’re growing it, rebuilding it or trying to make it more sustainable.
“Couldn’t I just track my cycle and do this myself?”
You absolutely can start there.
In fact, I want you to understand your cycle.
But ANCHOR goes further than tracking.
Because knowing:
“I usually feel awful around this point of the month”
is different from knowing:
“This is what happens to my beliefs, decisions and behaviour when I feel like this... and this is how my business responds.”
That’s the work we do together.
Join me for The Cycle Synced Business Blueprint.
Six private coaching sessions using the full ANCHOR Method™ to rebuild the way your business works around your whole cycle.
Your difficult days don’t get to decide how successful you’re allowed to become.
You don’t need to wait until you’ve “fixed” yourself.
You don’t need to become endlessly consistent.
And you certainly don’t need to stop being ambitious.
You need to understand yourself.
Trust yourself.
And build a business capable of supporting all of you.
Let’s build it.
