The PMDD Business Reset

One session.

One real plan for your hardest days, built ready for when they come round next.

People say "you're so on top of things!" And on your good weeks, you absolutely are.

But the week before your period? The thoughts that show up before you've even got out of bed?

Very different story...

That's the week a call gets cancelled twenty minutes before it starts, and you spend the next hour rewriting the apology message. Four times.

It's the week a price you were sure of last Tuesday suddenly feels indefensible, so you knock forty pounds off before anyone's even asked for a discount.

It's the message you send at 11pm that you're already dreading rereading in the morning.

You know your business, better than anyone. But in that moment, you're not making decisions from the version of you who built it. You're making them from inside the fog, and the fog doesn't hand the decisions back when it lifts.

This is the session that changes everything.

In 75 minutes, we build your Luteal Plan together, live: what gets cancelled, what stays, who gets notified and how, what never gets touched (pricing, contracts, anything permanent), and the exact words you'll use to tell a client "I'm stepping back this week" without it sounding like a confession.

This isn't a google doc you fill in alone afterwards. We build it together, using your business, and your cycle, while you're clear-headed enough to think it through properly.

What you'll leave with:

  • Your own Luteal Plan, written, specific, ready to use the next time a hard day lands.

  • A clear list of your personal red-flag actions, the things you regret every time, so you know exactly what to watch for

  • Your stepping-back script, practised out loud before we finish, so it's already familiar the day you actually need it

What happens in a PMDD Business Reset Session?

We start by understanding your pattern properly, not a full audit, just enough real detail to make the plan specific to you rather than generic.

What did your last hard week actually look like?

Roughly how long does it tends to last?

What are the earliest sign you notice it coming?

Then we build the plan itself, section by section: what gets cancelled or postponed, what stays no matter what, who gets told and how, what never gets touched. We work through your personal red-flag actions, the ones you've done before and regretted, so they're seen in advance instead of caught in the moment.

Last, we write and practise your stepping-back script together, out loud, so the words are already in your mouth before you ever need to reach for them on a hard day.

You leave with the plan named, written, and ready, and one real decision about how you're going to use it.

Your hardest days tend to show up in one of three patterns:

The cancelling pattern
Calls dropped last minute, messages that go quiet for days, an apology that starts forming before you've even sent anything.

The pricing panic pattern

A price that felt solid a week ago suddenly feels like too much to ask for, so it gets discounted before anyone's even questioned it.

The communication pattern

Snapping at a message that wouldn't normally bother you, over-explaining, or going quiet exactly when you needed to speak up.

You don't need to know which one is yours before we start. We'll find it together, and we'll find it quickly.

This is for you if...

  • Your working life runs in fortnights, whether that's a PMDD diagnosis, PMS, or a hormonal pattern you've never had properly named

  • You show up consistently in your business, but still find your hardest days catching you off guard, every single month

  • You've cancelled, discounted, or sent a message you regretted, and known even as you did it that it wasn't really you making the call

  • You've tried scheduling around it, powering through it, or just hoping the next hard week isn't quite so awful as the last one. But none of this has stuck

  • You want something written down and ready, not another thing to try and figure out from inside the fog

  • You've tried meditation, journaling, courses, other coaches, felt better, but never quite free of the monthly pattern

This isn't for you if...

You're looking for someone to hand you a generic template. This plan is built with you, for your real business and your real cycle, not filled in from a worksheet.

Meet Ceri, Your PMDD Business Coach

I know what it's like to be the woman in the room who looks like she has everything together.

I spent a decade as a Porsche Sales Executive, top salesperson in the UK in 2011. From the outside, that looked like proof that everything was great. But from the inside, half my month didn't match the other half, and I was too ashamed to tell anyone.
I thought it was just me. Every other woman who had PMS seemed to be able to carry on as normal, why couldn't I? I must be doing something wrong.

When I became a mum I left the corporate world to start a cake business, but the pattern followed me. I underpriced everything, second guessed decisions I'd made confidently the week before, and just assumed the problem was just me not being cut out for running my own business.

I wasn't diagnosed with PMDD until my early forties. Once I was, everything I'd spent years blaming myself for finally had a reason.

I'm a CPD accredited coach, and now I help female entrepreneurs build a business, and a plan, that holds them through the weeks that used to catch them off guard.

FAQ's

What happens in the session?

75 minutes together on a video call. We look at your pattern, then build your Luteal Plan live, section by section, using your real business. You leave with it written, plus your stepping-back script, practised out loud.

How is this different from a normal coaching call?

Most coaching calls end in a list of things to think about later. This one ends with one finished document, and one script you've already said out loud, so there's nothing left to figure out when the hard week actually lands.

Do I need an official PMDD diagnosis?

No. This works just as well if it's PMS, PMT, or a fortnightly pattern you've never had properly named. What matters is that you recognise the shift, not what it's officially called.

What if I'm in a bad week on the day of my session?

Message me and we'll find another time, no explanation needed. Rescheduling around a hard week is exactly the kind of thing this work is meant to make normal.

How can I be sure one session will make a difference?

"So glad I found you." - Danielle "I never thought about my business like that until you said it." - Katherine

Most of the shift happens the moment the plan exists in writing. You stop having to think on the day, because you already decided, in a calmer week, what happens next.

Is this right for me if I've never done coaching before?

Yes. There's nothing to prepare and no experience needed. It's warm, unhurried, and led by whatever you bring to it.

What if talking about my hard days brings up more than business stuff?

Sometimes it does, and that's alright. If anything about this ever feels heavier than hard, you're safe saying so. This session is business and belief coaching, not therapy or medical care, so if that's what's needed I'll help you find the right kind of support alongside this.

What happens after the session?

Nothing you don't choose. If you want to keep going and build the rest of the system around your plan, that's what The Cycle Synced Business Blueprint is for, and today's £197 counts fully toward it. If one session is what you needed, that's enough too.

You've spent long enough treating your hardest days like something to just survive and apologise for afterwards.
They don't have to be improvised any more. They just need a plan.
