I'm Ceri Brown - a Belief Coach for female business owners who dream of taking time off without guilt, charging what they are worth, and creating something that feels truly purposeful.
If you're ready to stop comparing yourself to others, believe in yourself fully, and overcome imposter syndrome for good, you're in exactly the right place!

I help women trace the belief that's been quietly running their lives... the undercharging, the over giving, the waiting to feel ready, all the way back to where it actually came from.
Every belief that says you're not enough has a source. And when you find it, you'll realise it was never yours.
My work is rooted in my own story; from number one Porsche salesperson to woman who undercharged for every cake she ever made.
I was Sales Executive for Porsche for a decade.
I was good at it. Really good. in 2011 I won an award for Best Salesperson in the UK. I hit targets, broke records, got the recognition. From the outside, I was the definition of capable, and successful.
And on the inside... I was performing.
Not because I was dishonest. But because the version of me that showed up in that showroom was built on something fragile. On needing to prove. On earning my place one sale at a time. On the quiet, constant belief that if I stopped achieving, stopped delivering, stopped being visibly excellent - the whole thing would unravel.
I didn't know that then. I just called it ambition.
Then I became a mum. I started a cake business... something creative and mine, something that felt more aligned with who I actually was at this season in my life.
And I undercharged. Badly. For years.
Not because I didn't know better. I knew better. I'd spent a decade successfully selling cars that cost more than some people's houses.
But somehow, when it came to something that was truly mine, when it came to putting a price on my own work, my own creativity, my own time, I couldn't do it.
I'd add extra in. I'd apologise for the price before anyone had even questioned it. I'd say yes to every request and no to every boundary.
I was building a business that looked the part, but was quietly breaking me from the inside.
The reckoning came when I stopped and looked at what I was doing. Not strategically, but honestly.
I wasn't undercharging because I didn't know the numbers.
I was undercharging because some part of me didn't believe the numbers were mine to charge.
Didn't believe that what I made, what I created, what I offered was worth that. That I was worth that.
It was a belief.
Not a strategy problem. Not a pricing problem. A belief... formed long before the cake business, long before the Porsche showroom, that my worth was conditional on what I proved and what I gave.
That was the moment everything changed.
Because once I could see the belief, really see it, trace it back to where it actually started, I could release it. And rebuild from somewhere solid. From who I actually was, not who I'd had to be.

I have two daughters. Two incredible little girls who make me smile every day (even when they are arguing. Honest...!!)
And that's the real reason I'm here.
Not because I built a methodology (though I did). Not because I'm CPD Accredited (though I am). But because I want my daughters to grow up watching a woman who understood that her worth was never conditional on what she proved, what she gave, or how hard she worked to deserve it.
The beliefs I carried about earning, about proving, about what I was allowed to receive, those didn't start with me. They were handed down. Absorbed. Learned when I was young enough to take them as truth.
They stop here.
And they stop with every woman I work with, too.
Because the entrepreneurial mums I work with aren't just changing their businesses. They're changing what their children inherit.
The Beliefprint™ Method is the result of my own unravelling, and the work I've done with women since.
A Beliefprint™ is the belief that was formed at a specific moment, usually in childhood, usually before you had the language to question it, and has been running your business, your pricing, and your confidence ever since.
Like a fingerprint, it's unique to you. And like a fingerprint, it's traceable.
Using my Breadcrumb Trail technique, we trace it back to where it started. Then, through my three stage process Uncover, Release, Reclaim we release the old identity attached to it and rebuild from who you're actually becoming.
This is the work I wished someone had done with me in that Porsche showroom. In that cake kitchen.
I'm glad I get to do it now.
"Thank you for today! I always feel better for talking to you. You didn't judge me or make me feel silly when I told you how I was feeling and I really appreciate that.
Thank you also for all the brilliant ideas you gave me, to help me reset - I know exactly what I need to do now and I feel so much better than I did before our call!!!
So glad I found you xxx"
"I love how you helped me see things from a different angle. I never thought about my business like that until you said xx"
